- We’ve been taking a deep dive look on the Sale Agreement, so we’ll do a question and answer session to see how much everyone remembers. If you haven’t been coming to the weekday classes, this will be a great opportunity to do a quick review of the Sale Agreement.

- But first, we’re going to go over various methods for doing a CMA, or competitive/comparative market analysis, both for buyers and sellers, and talk generally about pricing homes—and how to talk to clients about home prices.
