I am active in local professional Realtor organizations. This allows me the opportunity to learn from some of the very best people in my profession and to adhere to high standards of professional conduct.
I work hard to promote the best interests of my clients in any real estate sale or purchase. Being a licensed contractor gives me an added advantage of recognizing good building practices. Recognizing houses that can be economically repaired and add to the resale value, is an area I excel in. I am able to see the small changes that will make a house a home.
I have owned rental property for over 20 years and I am truly a proponent of real estate being the best investment. Real estate is an excellent long-term investment. I like the tangibility and control I have over my investments.
