About Ken Pliska

In the Real Estate Industry since the early 1980s, Ken Pliska has been a top producing Realtor since 1991.  An avid cyclist, Ken is also a former national champion in Bicycle Motocross Racing (BMX) and Downhill Mountain Bike Events.  He still competes and has a full factory ride with SupercrossBMX.com out of Southern California. 

Active in local politics and issues, Ken also served on local boards like the Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association where he was the land use chair for more than a decade.  A Portland native, his three children attended public school here and his oldest is now a senior at University of Oregon in Eugene. 

Besides being the Portland area Real Estate Expert, Ken is also well versed on vacation and second homes on the Oregon Coast. Since his family has been investing in Portland real estate since the 1930s, Ken is also an expert in investment properties and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
