There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs, either by phone, email, text or in person, whatever works best for you. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
On the personal side, I'm a transplant from Queens, NY! Big jump to rural OR. But, I love this state, and this area. I've lived out here for more than 20 years now. Oregon provides some of the most beautiful and amazing places in the world. I also specialize in rural acreage, so plenty of experience with wells, springs and septic tanks. I live on a small farm, along with my husband and kids. I would never dream of moving back to NY. However...I do miss the pizza!! I've been in real estate for 13 years and really love it. I like being able to meet with new people and help them through the in's and out's of buying or selling a home. Many of them have turned into friends along the way—that is an added bonus. I know it's a crazy market, and I'm here to help you navigate through it!
