Last time, we reviewed our Buyer Case Study, talking about the Septic Addendum, the Woodstove Addendum, and we also talked about some lender issues to be aware of.
At this class, we are going to play the part of the seller and write a Counter Offer to the buyers proposing the use of the Contingent Right to Purchase form.
Then, as there’s time, we’ll go over a few forms we didn’t get to when we were reviewing the Sale Agreement:
- 082 Private Well Addendum
- 024 Townhome/Planned Community/Homeowner’s Association Addendum
- 045 Historic Property Addendum
