Testimonials:

Carrie worked with us for almost a year, to find our new home. She was extremely patient with us, considering we were not the easiest clients. We told her our budget and she stuck to it. She responds to emails promptly and is ALWAYS on time. Really loved working with Carrie.

I felt that Carrie listened to my needs and provided priceless guidance throughout the process of selling my condo. She went above and beyond, assisting me with showings, open houses, and even with my pets. I'm looking forward to starting the process of finding my next home with Carrie.

Carrie is so wonderful to work with! She was very patient with us during our search for the perfect home, we never felt like an obligation. She remained positive throughout the process and was intent on finding us the home of our dreams! When we finally did find our perfect home, she made the  purchasing process quick and pain free and helped us to negotiate with the buyers to get an amazing deal! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

We found Carrie while touring open houses as we were new to Oregon and waiting for our house in CA to sell. She immediately connected with us and it felt like we were old friends from day one. The thing that really impressed us was that she truly listened and went the extra mile to check on  properties that we had mentioned that we had an interest in and then sent us feedback on those properties offering her insights and information she had gathered. Rather than just send us an automated RMLS listing page as other agents had done - Carrie went so far as to visit properties on her own and based on the criteria we had provided, she let us know if she thought it would be worth looking at or not. She is always available and has always been nothing but professional in all of our dealings. Her best asset is her listening skills, she truly wants to help you find the perfect home and she takes the time to research and provide the feedback. Her integrity and professionalism are unparalleled and we feel fortunate to have found her. If you want someone who is straight forward and will work hard to find you what you want - then Carrie is the perfect agent.

Carrie is so personable and amazing to work with. She did a great job of moving the process along, and keeping all the parts in the know. Her excitement and respect shows in everything she does. Even if she did not have the answer to a question I was asking, she made sure someone got me the answer.  Carrie was always available, by phone, text, or email. Carrie made the home buying process very enjoyable, from start to finish. I would and will recommend Carrie to any of my friends that are looking to buy or sell a house.

Carrie was amassing! After searching for six months, Nancy and I finally found a home that we both fell in love with, and put earnest money down. The property was a "hairball" according to the much needed lawyer for our particular situation; a Bankruptcy, property was in a Family Trust, the sellers  were divorced, it was a Short Sale, and many roadblocks from the Bankruptcy Trustee, Seller's Realtor, the bank(s) that owned the property, and three separate appraisals. It took a year and nine months to close on our dream home and throughout the process, Carrie was professional, attentive, punctual, and with steady regular update reports. Because this was an non-typical home purchase, Carrie did a lot of investigation and sought out advice from colleagues and professionals. It was Carrie who ultimately recommended the lawyer that helped to get the ball moving and to finally Close. Throughout this process, Carrie stuck with us, maintain a positive attitude, and always gave us options but allowed us to make the decisions. Both Nancy and I highly recommend Carrie to be your Realtor. Without Carrie as our Realtor, we would not have Closed on our dream home, the Scheel Lodge.
